Quality Professional Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality team in ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and safety. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, with a strong understanding of low-voltage electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate quality records, prepare reports, and present quality performance metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in Quality Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the low-voltage electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
