Job Role:

This role involves working closely with engineering and product management to plan, create, and maintain user-focused technical documentation for multiple product features or applications.

You will provide input to help shape future content strategy for the product or business unit you support. You will also contribute to the continued evolution of our content development processes, DITA-based information model, and writing style and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a strong understanding of the ServiceNow product ecosystem and expert knowledge of the specific product area and user base
  2. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  3. Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
  4. 5+ years work experience in technical communication
  5. Samples of your prior technical writing work or other writing that demonstrates your ability to communicate complex ideas and technical information clearly
