Job Title: Senior Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Documentation Specialist to create high-quality technical documentation and RFP responses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating technical content, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

This role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce accurate and timely documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage technical documentation and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents.
  • Apply expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading to produce high-quality content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Technology industry.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
