Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and lead the transformation of global operations. As an Operations Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in simplifying and streamlining business processes, improving efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements across various locations
  • Identify opportunities for automation and drive delivery of projects to enhance productivity and service level agreements (SLA) performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate performance and reduce variability/defects in critical business processes

Requirements
  • Advanced skills in process improvement and problem-solving, with excellent project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet internal and industry deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with experience in developing business relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
