Telecommunications Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of cutting-edge telecommunications solutions, leveraging your expertise in operations support systems (OSS) and business support systems (BSS).

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive transformation in the telecommunications industry. You will work closely with clients across the Americas, EMEIA, and APAC regions, providing guidance on how to optimize their operations and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Lead the implementation of OSS and BSS solutions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to transform client operations, focusing on process optimization, technology upgrades, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on OSS and BSS.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with COTS products, such as Blue Planet, Netcracker, Ericsson, and Nokia.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, programming languages, and platforms, including Neo4J, SQL Server, MySQL, Perl, Python, HTML, Java, Angular, Yang, Apache Web server, IIS, Unix, Linux, Windows OS, and Mac OS.
