Job Title: Transformation Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Transformation Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business process improvements and operational excellence across the APAC region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Solution Development: Document detailed requirements and proposed solutions for review and approval by senior management.
  • Change Management: Support the implementation of new processes, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide functional training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and assess business usage of order-to-cash management processes and related IT tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • BAT and Quality Assurance: Participate in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), ensuring that new processes and systems meet quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into manageable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A holistic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to see the bigger picture and assess risks.
  • Results-oriented, driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.
