
HR Strategic Partner

This role involves overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics initiatives to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic talent acquisition by developing a sourcing plan, screening and interviewing candidates, and closing deals for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop an employer value proposition and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and implement employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs, including pulse surveys, townhalls, and recognition initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning; present findings to leadership.
- Partner with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks to drive employee growth.
- Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning to ensure organizational readiness.
- Ensure HR compliance, compensation administration, and policy documentation to mitigate risk.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field (e.g. MBA) strongly preferred.
- Track record of hiring technical roles (developers/engineers) and business functions.
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable with HR metrics, dashboards, and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
