Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our user acquisition and community building efforts. This individual will be responsible for establishing the company's presence in trading communities, driving user growth through personalized outreach and demos, developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and creating engaging content to nurture user communities.

About the Position:

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem and a proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.
  • Experience in building or managing communities with over 1000 members is essential, along with comfort with both digital and in-person engagement.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are required to effectively conduct product demonstrations and drive growth metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish the company's presence in key trading communities, including Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
  2. Drive user acquisition through personalized outreach and demos, ensuring new users understand and actively use the product.
  3. Develop strategic partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms to expand the company's reach.
  4. Lead community creation and nurturing initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and engagement among users.
  5. Run growth experiments to test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful strategies.
  6. Own the metrics, taking full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.
  • Experience building or managing communities with over 1000 members.
  • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics.

  • Existing network within trading communities.
