Identity Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SAP IDM/IAS/IPS expert. With 10-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement secure identity management systems using SAP IDM, IAS, and IPS technologies.
  2. Maintain existing systems and ensure they meet the required security standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity management solutions with other systems and applications.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to educate colleagues on identity management best practices.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Security/IAM with at least 3+ years in IAS/IPS.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IAS (SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, federation).
  • Practical experience in SAP IPS provisioning for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications.
  • Deep understanding of SAP BTP security concepts – subaccounts, role collections, entitlements, trust setup.
  • Experience with corporate identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) integration.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control or SAP IDM for governance and role-based provisioning.
  • Knowledge of certificate-based authentication, SCIM, and Zero Trust models.
  • Experience in BTP multi-tenant and service-to-service authentication setups.
  • Familiarity with authorization concepts in S/4HANA Cloud and BTP services.
