Identity Management Consultant

Your role as a consultant in our Cyber: Identity Team will involve building and nurturing strong working relationships with teams and stakeholders to meet client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of developing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using industry-leading solutions.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Design and implement efficient identity management processes, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Assist in creating high-quality technical documentation and training materials, facilitating effective knowledge transfer.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain, with at least 2 years of experience in leading-edge identity platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including security, compliance, and governance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, with experience in cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and ability to work in a distributed architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Saviynt certification(s) highly desirable, but not essential.
