Identity Operations EngineerWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Identity Operations Engineer. As an Identity Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our identity and access management systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to think abstractly, and comfort performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience with modern identity and access management products preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.
  • Good experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types [Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.], HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Designing Role Based Access Control system, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow.
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams.
