Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 support for Nice CXONE related incidents and service requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
2-4 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
Experience with Nice CXONE contact center solution.
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in access, call, license, and performance-related issues.
Able to leverage knowledge base to resolve issues and route tickets to respective support groups.
ITIL certification.
Good-to-Have Qualifications
While not essential, having the following qualifications would be beneficial:
Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
NICE CXOne Ticketing Tool knowledge.
Microsoft certification.
