Real Estate Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at ABD Group.
The ideal candidate will have tremendous phone skills, the ability to close deals with ease, and be comfortable spending 80-90% of their time on the phone.
Responsibilities will include rigorously prospecting for new business, following up with leads, building rapport with sellers, and managing leads using our internal CRM, Follow Up Boss.
The successful candidate will be results-oriented, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to create a sense of comfort and familiarity with their ability to build rapport.
Key Responsibilities- Rigorously prospect for new business from various lead sources, including sign calls, internet sources, FSBOs, expired listings, open houses, and past clients.
- Build rapport with sellers, listen to their needs, and solve problems.
- Manage leads and stay organized using our CRM, Follow Up Boss, adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into the database.
- Chase deals with fervor until they are either closed, dead, or turned into qualified appointments.
- Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists.
- Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, email communication, cold calling, and coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities.
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
We are looking for a candidate who is preferably a licensed real estate agent, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable spending most of their time on the phone.
- Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
- Has prior phone sales experience and is skilled at communicating their team's value.
- Is able to block out distractions and listen intently to conversations.
- Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with their ability to build rapport.
- Has excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Is results-oriented and has a high-achieving mindset.
