We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Pre Sales Representative to join our team at PlanAProp Realty Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the pre-sales process, providing them with detailed information about our properties and their features and benefits.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing a comprehensive knowledge of our properties and their features and benefits
  • Providing potential clients with information about properties, pricing, and financing options
  • Guiding clients through site visits, providing them with a detailed tour of the properties
  • Addressing any inquiries or concerns that clients may have, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market in Bangalore

Requirements:



  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability, and decision-making skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
