Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets by selling residential properties in Bengaluru. Your primary focus will be on discussing with buyers, educating them about our company's offerings, and addressing their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for end-to-end discussions with buyers and educating them about company's offerings.
  2. Attend inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing needs and concerns to fulfill buyer's expectations.
  3. Develop relationships with Top Selling Developers and Investors and End-customers.
  4. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
  5. Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
  6. Fixing up an Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the HNI customers.
  7. Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
  8. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  9. Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service

Requirements:

  1. Candidate should be aggressive in Sales.
  2. Must be presentable.
  3. Good/excellent experience in handling HNI Clients/Customers.
  4. Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
  5. Must own a bike/car with valid license & papers for the vehicle.
  6. Should have a focused mind-set for Hardcore sales profile.

Remuneration:

Fixed Salary + Monthly Incentives+ Quarterly Increment(Performance Based)
