
Experienced Human Resources Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The HR Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Learning & Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Organizational Development: Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- HRMS (Human Resource Management System): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our HRMS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and other HR software.
