
Invoice and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle our day-to-day invoicing and administrative tasks.
- The successful candidate will prepare, verify and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- They will reconcile discrepancies in invoices and resolve queries with internal teams/vendors.
- Maintaining invoice records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements is also an essential part of the role.
- The position also involves preparing month-end invoicing reports and supporting documentation for audits.
- Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for following up with clients/vendors for pending payments or clarifications.
Assisting with vendor management processes, including onboarding, compliance checks and payment coordination, is a key aspect of this role.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for success in this position.
- Proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination is highly desirable.
- The successful candidate will be able to multitask effectively and exhibit competency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in MIS development and management is also an advantage.
