We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities
  • Identifying and researching potential clients and target markets to generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, preparing persuasive sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
