**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain a centralized data warehouse to store, organize, and analyze data from multiple recruitment portals.
- Integrate data from various sources and ensure ETL processes are efficient and accurate.
- Perform data modeling, data extraction, and data transformation to meet business needs.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand data requirements and create custom reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality by validating data accuracy and implementing procedures to detect and correct data discrepancies.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring that data queries are executed quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to support business intelligence and reporting.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the database infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices to continuously improve database systems.
- Provide support for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making for stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Warehousing Specialist or in a similar role involving data management, ETL processes, and database optimization.
- Proficiency with database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with ETL tools and data warehousing platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data processing and automation.
- Certification in database management or data warehousing (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, AWS Certified Big Data).
