Automation Testing Project Manager

This role involves overseeing automation testing activities for medical devices, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices domain.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner or SME.
  • Implement best practices in test automation and mentor engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Adhere to global healthcare regulations and standards, interpreting regulatory requirements and aligning testing practices accordingly.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment between technical and business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in testing with recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Experience in desktop-based automation on platforms like Windows, FlaUI/WinAppDriver/TestComplete/WhiteFramework.
  • Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Additional Information: This is a full-time position. Ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
