Job Title: Automation Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies for mobile telecom applications.

The successful candidate will ensure the efficiency and scalability of test automation processes across functional and non-functional testing efforts.

This position involves working closely with test leads and domain SMEs to identify automation opportunities and prioritize test cases for automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for telco systems, including OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, and network monitoring applications.
  • Evaluate and select tools and technologies that align with the telecom SDLC.
  • Define the test automation strategy and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality automated test scripts, ensuring reliability and maintainability following best practices.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing, optimize test scripts for performance and efficiency, and resolve performance bottlenecks in the automation framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, JUnit, and TestNG. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is also required.

In addition, a strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker) is essential.
