Automation Tester Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using appropriate automation tools and frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Cucumber.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
  • Execute automated test scripts to ensure that software applications meet required standards.
  • Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that changes or updates do not introduce new issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing clear and concise information about test results and defects.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize automated test suites to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Participate in test plan and test case reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, IT) or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) is required.

Proven experience of 4+ years as an Automation Tester or similar role is essential.
