Compliance Manager Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee and implement compliance procedures across various functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team in ensuring seamless regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ongoing compliance and report as required under relevant regulations, preparing and submitting necessary filings, reports, and disclosures.
  • Liaise with regulators, internal departments, and external parties for compliance-related matters.
  • Co-ordinate with service providers, vendors, and forums for various compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal auditors and statutory auditors, effectively handling SEBI inspections and interactions with external parties.
  • Monitor changes in regulations to ensure organizational practices and policies remain up-to-date and compliant.
  • Develop and implement organisational compliance policies and procedures in line with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

Preferred Qualification:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Law.
  • NISM Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling compliance, legal functions in allied industries (AIF/PMS), with a working knowledge of SEBI AIF & PMS Regulations.
