Motor Claims Professional

Our organization is looking for a Claims Manager to join our Motor Claims team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and managing our motor garage and surveyor network, overseeing the coordination between customers, surveyors, and garages, ensuring the delivery of a seamless and rapid claims process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of the end-to-end partner ecosystem, identifying, vetting, and empaneling top-quality garages and surveyors, leading commercial negotiations, defining competitive rate cards and SLAs, and building strong, long-term partner relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring key metrics (TAT, quality, cost) and driving service excellence, guiding teams in negotiating repair costs with garages to minimize loss while upholding quality standards and partner relationships.
