Job Title: Motor Claims Manager

About the Role:
  • Build and manage a comprehensive motor garage and surveyor network, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, surveyors, and garages.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong partner relationships through commercial negotiations and the development of competitive rate cards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end partner ecosystem, driving service excellence by monitoring key metrics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in Motor Insurance Claims is essential.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and repair processes.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with vendors, workshops, and surveyors.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
