**Job Summary**
A Senior Engineering Leader is required to lead the development and execution of a high-performance wafer electrical test module for a cutting-edge semiconductor foundry.
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing advanced test strategies and technologies.
  2. Coordinating with integration and customer teams on test chip layouts, probe-card design, and process improvements.
  3. Presenting updates to senior executives on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  4. Traveling as required.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
  1. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large-scale production teams and mentoring professionals.
  2. Proven ability to collaborate across global teams, driving results-oriented problem-solving and adaptability.
  3. Familiarity with device physics, process modules, yield improvement, and failure mechanisms.
  4. Hands-on experience with E-test programs, equipment, and data analysis from Etest structures.
  5. Experience with programming and managing E-test systems.
  6. Innovation mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
**Requirements**
  1. 5+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry with specific experience in E-test/Wafer Sort.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
**Working Conditions**
This role requires occasional travel and working under pressure to meet deadlines. A competitive compensation package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
