Senior Lithography Process Engineer

This is a senior-level role that requires expertise in lithography process engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement new lithography processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process-related issues, resolve product quality issues using root cause analysis.
- Develop and manage budgets for equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Implement new or improve existing processes through design of experiments, taking data-driven decisions for process sustenance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, and risk mitigation objectives.
