  • Persona Insight & Buying-Center Mapping
  • Develop targeted opportunities by mapping buying centers.
  • Conduct stakeholder research on career history, priorities, and influence.
  • Domain Insight & Market Intelligence
  • Analyze market landscapes and track competitive positioning.
  • Uncover market trends and buying urgency through in-depth analysis.
  • Signal Detection & Automated Tracking
  • Create automated trigger detection systems for accounts and personas.
  • Deploy dashboards for Customer Success teams and Prospect Tracker for Sales.
  • Customer Success Intelligence Expansion & Advisory
  • Research customer growth plans and map evolving technology needs.
  • Monitor industry shifts affecting investment priorities.

Requirements:

  • At least 35 years of experience in Market Research, Sales Insight, or Business Intelligence in B2B tech/services context.
  • Proven expertise in account profiling, persona mapping, and competitive intelligence.
