We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing expert to spearhead our growth in the industrial automation sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through strategic account acquisition and dealer channel management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing within industrial automation, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing strategic accounts. A strong network and relationship-building skills are essential for this role, as well as commercial acumen to structure large, complex deals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Account Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for global and strategic accounts.
- Identify, engage, and acquire large accounts in the food, confectionery, beverages, and packaging sectors.
- Bulk and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, and SPM manufacturers to accelerate lead generation.
- Conduct competitor and market mapping to identify gaps, opportunities, and tailored entry strategies.
- Dealer/Channel Management:
- Drive growth across 80+ dealers, scaling business through structured programs.
- Strengthen dealer capability in technical selling, solution integration, and account management.
- Monitor dealer performance through robust review mechanisms, KPIs, and incentive frameworks.
- Revenue and Market Growth:
- Build and manage a sustainable sales funnel from new accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell across automation product lines to maximize revenue per client.
- Expand market share in target industries by positioning integrated automation solutions.
- Experience: 20+ years in Sales & Marketing within Industrial Automation/pneumatics, motion control, sensors, bearings PLCs, and mechatronics.
- Success Factors:
- Proven success in acquiring and managing strategic accounts in the industrial automation domain.
- Demonstrated experience in dealer/channel management with Pan-India exposure.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with direct customers, consultants, and industry influencers.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to structure large, complex deals.
