Occupational Health and Safety Leadership Role

This leadership role is accountable for building a robust safety culture across multiple facilities. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to established safety norms, maintaining optimal working conditions of all safety equipment and infrastructure, and documenting and auditing ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee safety drill training program across all facilities.
  • Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance by obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
  • Manage the safety committee, prepare agendas, compile reports, conduct follow-ups, and establish reward programs to promote a culture of safety.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret occupational health and safety statistical data related to accidents and illnesses.

Key performance indicators include establishing a safety-first culture, minimizing workplace accidents, achieving 100% compliance with safety standards, designing and implementing EHS standard operating procedures and policies, and conducting regular safety training sessions across facilities.

As a seasoned leader in occupational health and safety, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's approach to risk management and sustainability.
