Job Description

Purpose of the role is to create and maintain a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible workplace environment.

The position requires providing support for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) topics to ensure alignment with Alstom standards and international norms.

EHS Compliance is key as it involves legal requirements, regulatory adherence, and prevention of violations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Site EHS Manager to perform risk assessments, develop measures to control risks, and prepare emergency plans.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of EHS Management Systems, local procedures, and tools in accordance with Alstom Standards and international standards.
  • Ensure compliance of site activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines, and work instructions.
  • Perform EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A background in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field is preferred. Additionally, experience with EHS Management Systems, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment would be advantageous.
