- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success teams
- Drive company-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the CEO in making strategic decisions and developing business plans
- 2+ years of experience in an early-stage startup on the business side
- Strong understanding of business operations and sales strategies
- Ability to context-switch between different domains and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High agency and adaptability
