About the Role

The Chief of Staff role involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives.

This is a true business generalist position that requires solving high-impact, cross-functional problems and managing key partnerships.

  • Solving high-impact, cross-functional problems
  • Collaborating with Sales to drive revenue maximization
  • Working closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs
  • Owning and driving key partnerships
  • Leading company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR
  • Supporting strategic hiring efforts
  • Driving revenue and capacity planning
Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and solve complex business problems across multiple domains
  2. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and customer success
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success teams
  4. Drive company-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  5. Support the CEO in making strategic decisions and developing business plans
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an early-stage startup on the business side
  • Strong understanding of business operations and sales strategies
  • Ability to context-switch between different domains and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High agency and adaptability
