India's leading life insurance provider is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to spearhead business development in the Credit Life Channel. This pivotal role involves cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads from assigned banks.
- Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers, leveraging their financial needs and goals.
- Built long-term customer relationships through proactive relationship-building and comprehensive financial need analysis.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with bank staff and customers to ensure effective business conversion.
- Schedule appointments and conduct in-depth analyses of customers' financial requirements in life-related investments and insurance areas.
- Recommend suitable products from the company's range to meet customer needs and secure agreement for purchase.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and timely policy issuance.
- Acquire new customers using bank databases, foot traffic, and generated leads.
- Facilitate prompt completion of medical reports and ensure timely policy document issuance.
- Pursue new markets/segments in line with the company's sales strategy.
- Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams by sharing knowledge of company products, services, and sales skills.
- Accompany team members on client visits, providing on-ground coaching and support.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales verticals are welcome.
- Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
- Must be a graduate (Graduation is required).
- Must have a good track record and employment stability.
