About the Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with learners through consultative selling.
  • Pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance.
  • Work closely with industry-leading mentors and high-quality content.
  • Exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries.
  • Understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit.
  • Pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance.
  • Build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles.
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred).
  • Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus).
  • Proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for learner success.
