Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Transportation team.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership capabilities, execution skills, and the ability to work under pressure situations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, people management, and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive up the sortation & line haul infrastructure in the region
- Define the transportation process from FC to delivery stations
- Ensure enough bandwidth in sortation team to ensure peak time delivery management
- Conduct performance appraisals of station supervisors and mentor them for handling efficient operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills
- Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement preferred with additional benefits for knowledge of specific methodologies such as six sigma, Kaizen etc.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
