Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and implement small Global Business Change projects within set project parameters and deadlines.
  • Provide oversight and management of project governance standards and include oversight and reporting of financial and revenue outcomes.
  • Deliver and implement small Global Business Change projects using Global Business Change documented processes.
  • Adhere to Global Business Change documented processes and oversee compliance with procedures and processes.
  • Support management of database content, ServiceNow, governance queries, and standard documentation.
  • Responsible for Senior Management, Financial, and Board reporting requirements.
  • Construct basic effort-driven plans for assigned projects and analyze and define business requirements based on Client requirements.

Requirements

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • At a minimum, hold a bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Governance, Project Management, experience is required.
  • Experience within one or more of the asset servicing functions is preferred.
  • Good time management to meet reporting deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
