Job Title: Capital Markets Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Series A fundraising process. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and international exposure.

Our company is a leading international education consultancy and platform with presence across various countries. We are expanding rapidly and helping thousands of students connect with global universities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Series A fundraising process with venture capitalists, family offices, and high net worth individuals (domestic and overseas).
  • Establish and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines.
  • Develop financial models, projections, and Series A investor presentations.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.
  • Partner with the Chief Executive Officer in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
  • Provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • A proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is advantageous.
