Investment Opportunities

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Specialist to lead our investment efforts, leveraging expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and deal structuring.

As an Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing deals across Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), and Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
  • Building strong relationships with investors, including Venture Capital firms, Private Equity groups, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  • Preparing pitch decks, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising purposes.
  • Conducting deep sector research to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Delivering impactful presentations at investor forums, conferences, and client discussions.
  • Collaborating with legal, tax, and compliance teams for seamless deal structuring and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation (Discounted Cash Flow analysis, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling and investor deck preparation.
  • Excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An MBA or PGDM in Finance/Strategy from a top-tier business school.
  • Chartered Accountant or CFA certification is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory roles with a proven track record.
