About Abroad Education

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Guidance Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students looking to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent is essential.
  • A passion for helping students and giving them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must - written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills are required.
  • Prior experience in counseling students is a must. Experience from the study abroad sector is highly desirable.
  • Maintaining accurate records at all times in our customer relationship management system is also essential.
  • Delivering talks/presentations on behalf of the organization in webinars/seminars and virtual counseling sessions via video conferencing tools is another key responsibility.
  • Providing students with accurate and clear information and answering all inquiries from students in a timely manner is vital.
  • The ideal candidate should be willing to work flexibly and adjust their working hours to suit the needs of the organization.

About You

We are looking for someone with 1-10 years of experience in student guidance. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and be passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.
