Transaction Advisory Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transaction Advisory practice, driving business growth and shaping the future of our organization. As the head of this department, you will be responsible for overseeing PMO services, IPO advisory, process integration, contracts and legal compliance, due diligence and transaction structuring.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs. They will possess excellent leadership, people management, and client relationship skills, with experience in automotive, manufacturing, EV, or diversified industrials being an advantage.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to shape and own entire practice verticals, drive standard operating procedures for post-deal advisory, and collaborate with other service lines for integrated client solutions.

As a trusted advisor to boards, promoters, CFOs, and private equity investors on post-transaction strategy, you will provide clear communication and governance updates to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the drafting of transaction documents
  • Completing due diligence
  • Negotiating transactions
  • Oversight of acquired businesses integration and separation activities
