Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and analytical skills.

As a key member of the compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive reviews and maintaining documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Evaluating the organization's governance framework to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Reviewing and assessing internal processes to identify control gaps and support the implementation of robust internal controls.
  • Auditing onboarding, training, and operations of Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) in accordance with applicable compliance guidelines.
  • Supporting the implementation and testing of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
  • Developing and conducting regular training sessions on AML/KYC norms, cybersecurity, and operational risk management.
