Strategic Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a high-visibility leadership role in Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic business initiatives, assessing opportunities and risks, and overseeing transaction execution.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong financial acumen and proven deal-making experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of capital markets and deal structures to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on ongoing transactions and restructuring processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
