Job Title: Chief Financial Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Executive to oversee our financial operations and ensure seamless execution of our financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Spearhead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and implement robust financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate insights into our financial performance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow by ensuring efficient payment processing, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining a healthy liquidity position.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in Finance or MBA with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.
Preferred Experience:
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.
