Job Title: Property Transaction Manager

At our organization, we are looking for a highly skilled Property Transaction Manager to join our team.

We require an individual with expertise in managing the entire property transaction process from booking to registration/handover. This involves coordinating with clients, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is essential, along with 3–6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation. The ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and maintain accurate records is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire property transaction process from booking to registration/handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Resolve client queries related to agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
