Join a dynamic investment banking team as an Analyst and play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform in-depth industry and market research, and company analysis within consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
