Job Description

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to provide analytical and planning support to the business.

A key aspect of this role is to offer strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day accounting and general ledger analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and review MIS reports, including revenue and customer invoicing, month-end closure, cash flow, customer aging and collections, vendor aging and payments, fixed deposits, depreciation, etc.
  • Demonstrate experience in preparing financial statements, accounting, and tax processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience in reporting to controlling entities outside India, with a strong understanding of cross-border regulations.
  • Experience dealing with audit processes (statutory, transfer pricing, tax), identifying areas for improvement.
  • Good understanding of SEZ regulation and GST regulation.
  • Develop clear understanding of key business drivers and provide value-added analysis to support business leaders and finance management.
  • Own expenses forecast for the business group by using trend analysis/KPI reviews for better P&L management.
Requirements:
  • MBA/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate - Finance with a minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification in any industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, client handling skills.
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders.
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in financials preparation, monthly books closure & review activities, MIS preparation, review, etc.
  • Good working knowledge in Tally/well-versed with MS Office.
