Job Title: Capital Markets Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5–6 years of expertise in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution from due diligence to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
