Job Title: Data Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketing tools and best practices, with experience in paid social ads specifically. You will be responsible for managing teams and clients, ensuring quality delivery as per defined SLAs, and driving team adherence to internal/external tools and processes.

You will also be responsible for maintaining team motivation through regular touch points/team engagement activities, demonstrating strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for various audiences (internal or external), and showcasing a sense of ownership; responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews.

In addition, you will be required to stay up-to-date with industry news and developments; analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal levels of resource utilization and keep internal & external stakeholders updated.
  • Drive team adherence to all internal/external tools and processes.
  • Maintain team motivation through regular touch points/team engagement activities.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for various audiences (internal or external).
  • Showcase a sense of ownership; responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews.
  • Exhibit end-to-end campaign management experience in running paid ads on meta, Twitter, etc.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practice.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically.
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram, Twitter and end-to-end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns.
  • Team & Client management skills.
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
