Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the finance strategy and strengthen the governance framework, including validating financial objectives and setting up budgetary controls.
  • Manage monthly close, audits, and procurement processes.
  • Manage Treasury, payment gateway, and Banking relationships.
  • Expertise with Financial Models, AOP, and ability to model complex business scenarios.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP/ IFRS based financial standards, especially service revenue recognition.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of overall experience and 4 years in finance controllership/tax function.
  • Strong Excel modelling skills.
  • Hands-on expertise on ERP Systems, process implementation, and familiarity with technical accounting standards (GAAP/ IFRS).
  • Clear understanding of Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy.
  • Maturity to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
