Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Financial Professional to join our team in Madurai, India. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing data to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and prepare financial statements on a timely basis
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation processes to ensure financial stability and compliance
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless financial transactions and minimize risk
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Bookkeeping, with experience in financial software and systems
  • Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Tax Preparation, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations & Compliance, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a strong academic record
